Soft optical element polishing material

It can be applied to soft optical spherical glass, optical crystal and filter with abrasion degree between 150-250, such as LAF glass, blue glass, etc.

(1) High precision: the particle distribution is uniform and narrow, and the maximum particle control is less than 3 μ m. Suitable for products with high finish requirements;
(2) No impurities: adopt multiple processes to screen and remove impurities to ensure that the product is free from scratches.
(3) Good chemical stability: the product formula is set according to the characteristics of glass, with strong pertinence, which can reduce the adverse effects caused by high glass activity, such as water marks

Recommended specific gravity: 1.02-1.05, determined according to glass material and process parameters.
Applicable machine: plane high polishing machine or spherical pendulum machine.
Applicable workpiece: spherical lens with abrasion degree of 150-250 and plane glass requiring high precision, such as LAF series glass, blue glass, etc.
