Stiff optical element polishing material

It can be used for polishing optical spherical glass and plane glass with abrasion degree below 100, such as quartz glass, fused quartz glass, etc; Used in classical polishing process.

(1) Large particles: the particles are evenly distributed and D50 > 1.5 μ m. It has the characteristics of fast cutting force and is suitable for optical materials with hard materials.
(2) No impurities: adopt multiple processes to screen and remove impurities to ensure that the product is free from scratches after use.
(3) Easy to clean: by controlling the particle shape and adding additives, the surface of the product is easy to clean after use.

Recommended specific gravity: 1.05-1.13, determined according to glass material and process parameters.
Applicable machine: plane high polishing machine or spherical pendulum machine.
Applicable workpiece: spherical lens with abrasion degree below 100, plane optical glass, such as fused quartz glass.
